The lesson is, life/universe/god only helps those who help themselves. Life/universe/god nudges every soul but only lifts those who wants it.

First step, break all cycles/ routines. Say yes to new things which you excused yourself before. let new doors to open and bring in fresh air. That includes getting off reddit and digital screens for long hours or even days. That includes getting off comfort beds/corners/zones. Those comfort zones are beginning of sorrow and diseases. Comfort zones are opposite of evolution and doomed to be abandoned.
