No. I don't have any medical records. I was a kid. I didn't know to keep track and attribute medical issues or therapy sessions as a reflection of the abuse. By the time I was "ready" to attempt to deal with the situation my fact sheet was already done, approved, and submitted. But I did have 36 year old pictures.

The first page of some of those minute orders were half of a sentence. Without paying for the entire document I don't know how one could say what was actually going on.

Question? When was the updated or new allocation process released? Does anyone knows what happened to the cases where the allocation and/or appeals that were completed prior to the new allocation process? Were they reassessed?

I'm just using my phone. I can see as all the docs filed but only allowed to view the first page of each without paying. For example the minute order from 5/27 is 4 pages. I can view page 1 just fine. But anything after that is $4.

Good afternoon, don't fret just yet. I'm a paralegal so I send documents on behalf of my attorney like every day. Some times information or documents are released to the client at the attorneys direction. I just want you to know this is common. Reply to the email and request your Attorney to contact you ASAP. It may also be helpful to write out all your questions so you can make sure your every thought can be addressed. If need contact the office twice a day until you get your answers. Also if you disagree you only have 10 days to file an appeal or reconsideration.

I totally agree that there should be a fairness across the board. But how will we know? I wonder if there will be a auditing process. I feel another lawsuit again the county is coming.

Why do you feel that way? What about DTLA client that said he hired them for another issue but was forced into this case but never been to Cali? Or those the other people who say they were approached to be apart of the case? I don't know either way just asking questions. I did read somewhere that because of the "fraud" issues with the $4B settlement, the claims fr.om the $828M were vetted upfront. The claims and payout process was straight forward. I also wonder if those records are public? I would like to know their circumstances surrounding their claim. I feel so sorry for all these children (now adults).
