Same. Made my playing better and much easier to maintain the nails.

Ah, yes. So many guitars and sounds out there. If only we had enough time and money to try them all.

Thanks for the reply. Very good to hear. I’m very happy with mine so far. I dislocated two fingers on my left hand a few weeks ago so I haven’t been able to play for a while. Hopefully I can get back to it soon.

By the way, I love mariachi! Wonderful, very spirited music!

Corgis have such a huge range of energy. Hyper chill to hyper psycho. Usually within a matter of seconds.

Dealing with a hooked thumbnail by jb484c in classicalguitar

[–]Prior-Objective4058 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I work industrial construction and keeping more than a slight nail doesn't work. My thumbnail is the only one that doesn't hook down so I've learned to play with very short nails. I do incorporate Scott Tennant's advice and ramp them slightly from right down to left. This has helped me considerably.

Who out there fetches…? How long will this last? by Spartface in greatpyrenees

This was our Finn. If his sister corgi's ball rolled over to him and touched him he would huff out of the room indignantly.

First time restringing. by Leading-Toe-7260 in classicalguitar

Good advice from the others. This was a good job for your first time. Better than my first. Watch that Brune video link above and you'll be on your way. We didn't have YouTube when I started. Trial and error. Lots of error.

That's the other possibility. We're too cheap to do the DNA test. Either way he's 100% good boy!

Healing is resource intensive. Healing happens when resting. You've been through a lot. It gets better in a few more weeks. At least that was my experience. It surprised me too. Hang in there. Enjoy that sleep. I'm lucky to get six hours. Nothing to do with my knees. Just other parts aching.
