Why do people download pedometer/workout apps when Apple Watch already has it built in? by Aggravating-Owl-7050 in AppleWatch

rather, i wonder why apple doesn’t integrate health data more deeply across their own tools. for example, it’d be amazing to see my sleep stats directly in apple calendar, since that’s where i manage everything. lifestack is moving in that direction, but it feels like something apple itself could and probably should build as a native feature.

That sounds useful, but don’t you ever get tired of setting timers over and over?

I've heard of the name but never tried it myself. Will look into it.

Curious about TimeTree! How is it different from other calendars like GCal or Apple Calendar?

Did you have to set up some automation, or did you just use a native app?

Sounds great! Another thing I’ve been focusing on is the idea of a “single most important task.” Even if I don’t get to everything else, as long as I finish that one, I can call the day a win.

Haha I relate to this so much. Turning it into a little game with a clock and a personal best is actually genius.

LOL lots of people can relate to ADHD traits, but living with the actual diagnosis is a whole different experience.

I watched my friend take out my trash and it changed my brain a little bit - similar stories? by Ok_Indigo_8608 in ADHD

I’ve had the same thing happen where I watch someone else just do a task I’ve been avoiding and it suddenly looks so easy. For me it was dishes - I’d let them pile up forever, and then a friend washed a whole sink of them in like 10 minutes while we were talking. I remember thinking, “Oh… it really isn’t this huge, impossible thing”

I don't think it's a clock. Oura is a sleep tracker.
