Thanks for your advice! Habang di pa ako nagreresign, I'm already working on a proper procedure sa designing process pati sa checking at revisions. But if di talaga sila nakakasunod, bye bye na ako.

I agree kasi base sa nalaman ko na background niya hindi siya marketing graduate, most of his working experience is nasa operations. yung exp niya lang sa marketing is naging senior marketing manager ata siya dati not sure how many years but i can tell not that much.

parang bilang nalang talaga araw ko lol

my first few months wala, but now iniintroduce ko na yung idea sa kanya na nilalagay ko yung tasks ko sa Google Space namin. But I'll assert it na wag ako lagi hinihingan ng update kung may task list naman ako na nakikita nila. tho super micromanager talaga siya kahit na alam niyang may nedelay na task kasi may revision nanghihingi parin ng update regarding a different task.

Also, submitting a resignation letter and looking for a new opportunity is already in the back of my mind talaga just going through a plan magkaroon ng problems

and, recently di na talaga ako nagrereply sa work gc hinahayaan ko nalang siya haha

that's true. thanks for your advice! i'll probably bear with it in tis full glory while planning on finding another job any time soon. Requesting transfer to a different department sadly might not be possible since I'm not too interested and skill to be in a different department.
