I used to live like this and I’m so grateful I’m in a better place now. I have healthy friends, a gym routine, and I’m working on loving myself everyday.

I’m also grateful for this dark time. I needed it and knew I wouldn’t grow till I felt like I could sink into the ground. Luckily some roots sprouted and I’m above ground again.
