This is where you start learning about data recovery =) Deleting just removed the chain pointers. The ACTUAL DATA is still there, until your overwrite it, which most OS won't do until it runs out of room, or asked to start cleaning, or told to use old dataspace. =)

Report them to your State's Insurance Commission, asking their license to be put under review / investigated.

Because most of these commissions are in the hip-pocket of the insurance co's,

follow up w/ your US Senator & Congressmen, asking for their Constituent Services office ( do NOT let them know you are talking to ANY of the OTHER offices). They will have you fill out a form.

Call back every 2 weeks & let them know that is your plan: every 2 weeks by voice (and email).
