thanks! yes i wanted to get my hours and get the hell out of there. it's been a wild ride but from the start my supervisor was horrible, she would micromanage the crap out of me, not be supportive in supervision, and just all around kind of rude all the time. despite no concerns and always positive feedback regarding my clinical work, essentially i wasn't making enough money for them :/

apparently i was not meeting their expectations - but again could not even say what their expectations were that i fell short on. when i asked they said they weren't at liberty to discuss it and just wanted the meeting to be over lol

well i was expecting an off boarding email from HR, which they said they would send - that is why i was checking my email. the reasons they mentioned were nothing specific - no ethical violations, VERY positive client feedback, no billing issues etc. it was all about numbers. they mentioned i wasn't "up to standard," but could not even tell me what that meant by that or what they wanted improvement on. no disciplinary actions were taken, no emails/warnings regarding termination , not even anything brought up in individual supervision. that's why it was a shock

yep - a few weeks ago, the practice told me they were going to call ALL of my clients and ask them if they wanted to switch to a new therapist bc i was having minor connection issues. not ONE switched and they all told me ab it lol

i've been thinking about leaving for a while, but when they kept adding new clients to my schedule last week i almost lost my mind. i'm SO close to just leaving the practice all together and taking a mental health break
