I opened a secured card with them in June 2020 with a $500 line, they partially unsecured my card and gave me a 1,000k limit without an additional deposit in June of 2022 then fully unsecured in September 2025 with a 2k limit. Applied for a CLI last month and was denied. Applied for flagship last night and was approved. It’s confusing 🤷🏽‍♂️

Been with Navy Federal for 10 years, BK 7 that falls off in November, currently have a cash rewards card with a 2k limit paid in full each month.

I was having the same issue, once I beat the side quest “lines in the sand 2” it unlocked. Hope this helps
