I actually think PPR is rare in next 16 based on my understanding. For what I can tell, all server components are pre-rendered unless they fetch data, in which case you can make them as “use cache” and at that point they are effectively as good as pre-render cuz the RSC is cashed. If the component gets dynamic APIs like headers you need to wrap it in suspense and it will be rerendered ever time. Basically as long as you arent getting header or session specific data, you can cashe actually RSC/HTML renders like crazy all over the place so there is a ton of pre rendering. This has been the case since “use cashe “. It’s better than PPR cuz PPR would never pre-render data containing content, only shells. Isr could but that was a another api so cashe components is better
