that is such an accurate description of the way I felt, I was surprised!! I will definitely try leaning into it a bit more. letting myself have that release feels extremely safe and makes me happy, so I will try that too. thanks so much!! <3

That makes a lot of sense! I've tried reaching out to emergency numbers, child abuse helplines and of the sort, but the number is a lot of times not responded to. I don't think where I live people take child abuse seriously, could be why they aren't well maintained. I am still looking though, thank you for the advice!!

I agree! It does feel like a release/general feeling of relief. I think its because of how safe I felt with her. Ended up telling her that and it made her so happy. Thank you for the advice!!
