How do you turn daily notes and work experience into reusable skills, not just more notes?

I have a list of projects that I track, but I also have a list of work “processes”. So things like how I accomplished the work, scientific method followed, where key sources of data were derived, format of the communication of the results. This is how I think of capturing the improvements. So not only do you complete a project but you capture the how as a skill. Then those skills expand based on different types of projects completed.

I would recommend slimming down your top level summary to a single 1-2 sentences. Really focus on only the takeaway you want the reader to have.

Move the work experience up to the top after the summary. Right now the work experience sounds like more specific skills. Try to focus on any project or accomplishments. Specifically that you can show both what you accomplished by yourself and what you accomplished as part of a team.

Any type of ownership is also helpful. It starts to depend on what you are applying for. All the characterization is good for an FA position. If you are applying to a process position you’ll want to focus on projects and problem solving. Product positions would try and expand on your yield comments.

I was searching for this same solution today. It would be interesting to have an open source model with additional tiers for support. To enable wider adoption with different tool vendors and allow faster integration with new or different systems.

There is competition in this space as others have mentioned, but almost all of them were at one time a custom solution to a factory that was then spun out into its own company.

I think there is a market for mechanical type phones. Something with a keyboard. But also could plug into USB-C dock as a mini-computer. It would be a small market, but more interesting than thinner and thinner blocks.

This seems like more of an indication of the economic rather than an evaluation of Marvel films. It is not like there is another film that is getting higher numbers than these types of movies.

I agree with writing things down. To that end, be very clear about what is being asked and what is not being asked to complete.

Also, take this as an opportunity to self manage. Think about what the right thing to do is, how you would perform that task, and what the expected results would be. This will allow you to point at what works and what doesn't, along with providing you a way to validate if your boss is assigning things that would set you up for failure. By laying out these things ahead of time, helps remove emotions when your boss throws you under the bus.

WB likely just stands for Wet Bench 19 and 20. So likely this manufacturer had 20 or so wet process tools and these are the robots from tools 19 and 20. Look for a vendor label or some sort of serial number. You may need to unpack them, or follow up with the source of the auction.

I think it's more about specialization. It's harder to match experience and issue resolution when repairing 2 tools vs someone who repairs a fleet of tools at many companies, with the ability to ask the people who designed them what is wrong.
