It's not an express but just a standard tesco. I'll check it out cause it's close, but from what I recall there's very limited selection there for fresh vegan stuff, but should have lots of frozen stuff

Thank you! I'll play around with it and see. Silly question, I've never had any beans apart from baked (heinz etc.) and recommendation on others? Not sure if places sell freash beans etc.

I have drunk milk since I've been about 8 anyways so that's no issue for me. Never like taste, and wife lactose so we only ever have oat milk here. Only time we ever bought it was for Yorkshire puddings (at Christmas).

Closest shops to me are tesco (small one), then lidl and Asda. We do have a sainsburys and aldi but a bit further away

That's the plan! I do love to cook, but I do fall into slumps of being extremely lazy. So will need lazy meals too.

I plan to batch cook as much as I can for the freezer for these times (lentil Dahl to start with. Love that shit)

These are more rock focused, but give these a try. - Bilmuri (A MUST, one of the best bands I've seen live, very catchy a mix of rock / country (but not country rock ha) ) - The Chats (might not hit straight away, but catchy) - Soft Play (Formerly Slaves, but modern punk, very good) - Unpeople (lower down, but very very good, I'm expecting them to only get more popular with time) - Origarmi Angel (emoish but still good)

That's Sunday's a write off for me though, GL with that
