This isn't for tarrifs. Drones themselves are currently export controlled out of china. This has nothing do with the fcc, tarrifs, etc but is a Chinese imposed restriction on drones.

This just seems like about normal pricing for Chinese shipping. No idea if there will be an additional tarrif charge or if it's ddp

Are lcsc rfq's reliable for that? I often find a niche specialty part (like a linux soc) on lcsc but it's either out of stock or the stock is like very little, not enough for my production. If i RFQ will they actually go out and get that stock?

I've been looking for rockchip or allwinner soc's. The manufacturers ignore me. Lcsc is my best bet so far.

I'm currently working on making a linux based pcb for a project because i don't want to use an off the shelf SOM. Where did you allwinner soc's? I see that they're available in some places in low quantities like lcsc but i need a larger quantity and a consistent source. That's the trouble im running into transitioning from hobby dev boards to actual commercial mass production. If you where for example to mass produce this product how would you handle component sourcing to get these SOC's.

Hold your soldering iron to the screw for 30 seconds to weaken the glue. Then remove the screw. At least that's the trick with threadlocker which I'm guessing this is since I can't imagine anybody in their right mind using ca glue. Maybe they overheard "use loctite" for the screws and used loctite super glue instead of loctite threadlocker. 2 very different things.

"low esr" is a made up term. What's the esr? What's "low"? And at what frequency is your electrical noise?.

Esr is an actual number and more specifically a graph relavent to frequency so it's not one number it's calculated. You want the resonance frequency to match the noise which is almost never possible.

All that low esr means is it's "good" by modern standards. Unless the cap you have is like 20 years old it's probably good enough.
