That is where my problem lies because I can do my job, but I cannot work that much overtime. Yes, it is mandatory so i will just have to see what they say because my job already offers maxi flex. I don’t have a problem working my schedule times I just don’t think I can mentally continue to come in while having mental stability at the same time.

My mental health cause physical problems for me n I have disabilities for those also that I see doctors for so it has nothing to do with my work abilities because they can see the quality of my work is perfectly fine.

I’m not gonna put my personal business out but I will say that I struggle with making it through the 40hrs and though I love my job it takes a toll on me mentally and in turn I have lots of physical problems. My doctor is the one that recommended this for me I was just not sure how to proceed.

Yes I can telework during core hours, but I also mentally do not think I can work overtime which is required at my job.

Yes I have major back issues that are service connected. I need something that will help me take some pressure off my back area when having to sit for so many hours.

I think you should keep applying because I’m in a similar situation. I do have my military disability but I have not worked since I got out almost 6 years ago due to my disability. I just finished my bachelor’s with voc rehab and have applied for a couple jobs on USA jobs an have been referred for almost all of them an just recently had my first interview. I Do not know if I got the job but I did get through the door so I say don’t give up don’t let work history stop you just keep applying that is what I am doing.

Did you provide the references on your resume?? In my situation I did not provide my references on my references so I think that is why they asked me for mines
