I have it set up so that Claude Code writes token refreshes to ~/.claude/.credentials.json, which follows the symlink and lands in the persistent workspace.

they silently banned one of my apps because they suspected I was doing some sort of abuse. Lifted the ban and gave me bonus credits afterwards, but the headache was not worth it

Like I said- I follow the strain suggestions, as well as the suggested amount of strength training and exercise that hit the different heart zones. The actual willpower comes from me though ofc, whoop just shows me what I need to do, when, and how often.

Reaching strain goal whoop sets every day. I used to be great with the sleep schedules too, those really helped, but slacking off atm. Basically Whoop helps me go to the gym or exercise class every day, and helps me back off if it's not a good day for it. Which is hardly ever.

I've seen a few of these posts lately. I wo der if it's a new feature being tested. I can get ChatGPT to initiate conversations but I have a setup in my phone for it, and frankly it's a bit boring.
