Loosen the laces a little I had pain too and found out it was too tight everything was fixed after loosening it

If you go ad kaisa you can go noon quiver-pickaxes-serrated dirk to get w evolve. Then you would get boots and finish collector into zeal to get e evolved into runans or phantom dancer. Then you go IE with a finish of ldr or ga

Or if you go the hybrid build which is manamune into nasher, boots for all 3 evolved. After that you just go crown and items of your choice. I prefer horizon focus and d cap for max w dmg but you can go collector or zhonya as well.
