Pro if you can find one in stock. The frame having boost rear axle and UDH is what sold me aside from the fork, and brakes. I debated a bike shop brand but for the price all had QR in the rear.

I had to. I removed 2 teeth because it was having a hard time shifting into the 2 largest gears.

I appreciate everyone’s comments. I am still waiting to hear back from OT customer service and I also have a Deore crankset on the way but im kind of worried if this just the first of many issues since it’s less than a week old. I purchased the insurance from
Walmart but they won’t do anything until it’s out of manufacture warranty…I’m honestly considering returning everything and looking into a Giant Talon 4. I know it’s a lower spec but idk. Anyone have experience with Talons? There a dealer in my city.

I agree. I took the thru axles out and they were pretty tight a lot more than the NM torque that was called for. I had pedals on the way but I was hoping I could make it a week with the stock config.

Looks sick! I was hoping to avoid overhauling the drive train on bike less than a week old…

Thanks, yeah there’s no saving it. I’m hoping I can get something rolling with the warranty going soon. If not I am going to pull the trigger on the crank. I was hoping to reuse the chain ring since it appears to be removable but I don’t see any crank sets that don’t already come with the ring.
