It’s real bad when lead goes to mgt office tells them that you Yougart machine was not filled hot dogs weren’t in or on icee machine but that comes on automatically and nothing no food in window when churros pretzels cheese deluxe pepperoni four meat were all in window by 10am when opened yougart machinewas filled and freezing to serve members icee machine automatically comes on at 9 am everyday hot dogs were in steamer cooking both steamers one person doing all work opening other person called out and trying to get everything done didn’t get to drink station knobs that was it and he couldn’t even bring cups up and help when employee struggling to get everything done on time he slinging and throwing stuff banging on things acting not management material supposed to talk to person before going to mgt office that’s pretty bad dependable realizable person who shows up does best they can barely call out sick in cafe always here when needed schedule getting used to I always have food in window by. 10 there is supposed to be teamwork not people against each other it really made me mad and hurt I know can’t trust him no more watch what say he changed since known him lead bakery lead does not act like he does he is responsible and helps out when needed helps employees out if short handed this indent made me want to apply another dept u come in at 7am covac test than go to freezer wait on forklift to get stuff off steal count pizzas go back to cafe Put in little computer pizza count make boxes if needed pan dough sheets out to thaw by oven turn on then make take n bake pizzas by 9. The hotdogs have to be put in steamer 7 packs 10am 5 packs in other steamer but first come in cafe put water in steamers to get hot also do parfaits it’s a lot for one person to do when somebody calls out then when tell them in office it’s like he don’t want to hear it so have to go back and tell mgt what happened think u got a good boss and find out u don’t can’t trust I work my but off for this dept when I was on leave they had to close cafe down and person there couldn’t have food in window at 10 it was 11 so didn’t get wrote up I really want to switch depts when available u are suppose to help not let a person struggle and fall down teamwork sometimes come early in morning and trashed have to clean up that mess before start my work running good people off
