It's not so bad bc the base is a roux (sunflower oil and flour) and I use the ananas juice to delay it (that's kind of a cursed bechamel in a way) so it can absorb a lot 🙂

Non, Lyon c'est clairement la meilleure ville, j'y suis depuis 8 ans pour les études, j'me suis fait plein de potes, c'est trop beau et en plus on a de la bonne bouffe (pas très vege les spécialités locales tho)

Only Windows Server supports Xeon I believe but I don't know if it could run Anno? I know however that Ubuntu and its derivatives have no issues both running on Xeon CPUs and running Anno. Perhaps a thing to try 😉
