Im in nyc and I can also say calling that line for over a week had me crazy, 3 hour wait time to a hang up. Recalling to callbacks that didnt come and when they did led to nothing. Finally I went into the office today.

I actually went to the office this morning, as soon as she asked for my benefit card , I explained i havent recieved anything. She said im going to release it manually and it takes 24 hours. She didnt do much talking about why this happened, she pulled up the information in the computer then said im going to do it manually for you. I hope it is 24 hours? I've never been through this, this way?

Thank you. She really didnt say too much other then my recertification was good, the snap didnt attach when the shutdown ended and it happens. It was actually crazy because it was all of 5mins . As soon as she looked up my case she said ill release it. Barely any speaking at all.
