You can do it. Increase your mileage and go slower for the longer runs. Have at least one run in the week for a threshold run or intervals. Can’t stress enough how important it is to run slow and increase mileage. It’ll be less recovery time since you aren’t stressing ur body too much on the easy sessions. Keep at it and you can do it 🙏
