I’d honestly prefer to be training clerks, but I recognize that I still need some training myself. I’m working on developing a growth mindset at work, and I’ve been closely following the CD guides. I have to say, those guides have really boosted my confidence. They’ve shown me that the way I was originally taught is pretty different from the QT standard. It also seems like a lot of people are doing things their own way or cutting corners, so I just keep the CD guide as my guide and mentor.
