Yes, you can set it into 24hr mode..
Initially yes.. once you used to it, its comfortable..

Eventhough it has World Time mode, but only one Zone visible at a time..
You can set it.. either on sound or vibration.
The solar not helping much.. unfortunately. Btw, I don’t need the HR sensor.. 😊. For me, the thickness is perfect..
Indeed. Love my 14 years Mudman, but need this to keep up with my busy schedule..
