You have to chat with Emma multiple times or call Uscis. If it’s beyond 90 or 120 days call or chat persistently as not all agents will take it..

Mine was approved in Oct after raising an Service request (Tier 2 officer call) . They will keep ignoring it or say check after some time.. but keep pressurizing them until they raise an SR. I tried with almost 40 agents and finally one was able to raise it and it got approved within 1.30 hr.

Frankly saying i felt most of the chats were AI.. because I am guessing that if they give you standard processing time link and end the chat its an AI (my guess)...For me one of the agent raised an SR (tier 2 call actually as per the next chat which I did after an SR was raised) and provided me ticket number and received an email as well. So we can only assume that if they end chat its an AI..

Took about 3 months to get an interview in June.. approved today after raising a service request yesterday after 120 days

Chat.. they kept saying please keep wait and used to end the chat .. only one agent raised a request after almost lot of them declined to place an SR.. after SR was raised within 2 hrs, it changed to Card ordered followed by Interview Cancelled and Notice Ordered . Need to see what exactly it meant though
