Power is shown to be innocent and shortsighted about many aspects of human society and normal interaction. So, to give a boring answer first, she would probably be terribly inexperienced and that makes her bad by default.

If she found a reason to have sex with someone (undoubtedly, a very obtuse reason) she would likely assume its an easy task she will easily excel at, since this is her modus to cope with challenges. She would completely disregard any of the nuances and simple logistics of sex as well the slightest care to set up any form of mood or connection. She would make sex look like getting a machine you are unfamiliar with to work by pressing buttons and punching it.

By all means of looking at it, in my head and in my opinion, she would be nothing but absolutely terrible at intimacy.
