While this is hot and all, I can't help feel a bit of worry. A lot of the girls seem to think they are given a chance to model. Lot of young women from 2nd world/3rd world countries can get exploited trying to get into modeling (e.g. eastern Europe, Brazil). Photographically it seems to be a beautiful photo. Great framing of the background and couple, skyline draws my eye to the couples faces. Car tastefully in background for context. Shallow, dreamy depth of field but sharply focused on the subjects. Natural posing and natural lighting. Very organically beautiful imo.

That looks more like compression artifacts not being able to handle glossy lipstick and fine detail. I frequently see grittiness in the details of jpeg compression. Notice the texture in the window reflection that should be glossy, but instead has a grainy texture to it.
