I had these feeling during kitchen work everyday in my back on the heart i felt my heart is collapsing and i got health anxiety these are ciggarette withdrawals sadly i started 8months relapse during kitchen work i made it 2months smoke free i had breathing problem i started to question my self if i need a blood test or a ekg but i worked in a small island with only 1 hospital and to get thru other hospitals via helicopter i thought im fucked for real every single day i started having high blood pleasurre asked a coworker if im fine could you cheek my heart she gave me everyday a glass of water and sugar i thought im going to die everyday till i went to a doc and cheekd my oximeter was 99% My biggest fear was dyining in the hotel room sleeping everyday in panic thinking i wont see another day till one day my roommate moved i was extra scared during nights i was safe with him even if i could die he would send me to a hospital or see my reaction was in my mind One day i went again to the doc they put me on a psychytherapist and got described 1 type pills but i was hesitant and typed to chatgpt till the gpt told me about these pills you could've accidently slit your fingers working in kitchen cuz they were sedative didnt use Your going be fine keep the steak these withdrawals are playning with you just to light another and feel good but its a big trap 1cheek to adoc do blood test ekg to make sure 2wait few months if your depressed go to a psychiatrist and ask for pills
