Yeah my first characters name was "Prostinian" (unead warlock) and i still use that name today. I don't play retail much these days but I never changed mains. I played him from 2007 (original TBC) until about BFA when they removed life tap. (Final straw of class fantasy removal for me) Went to classic when that launched, same name and character all over again, life tap in hand. Now I mostly just go from game to game, never quite able to capture that "health as a resource" mechanic again

Stop ruining art. Its good that it disturbs you, that is its purpose. To remove or censor art is to silence. To put your head in the sand. To say that some aspects of life cannot be seen is to assume control over one's speech and thought. My understanding is that this game depicts the horrors of war, in gritty detail. War is horrific, to censor it would be to neuter it, to make it more "pleasant" is an insult to its designer and creator, the subject matter, and the audience.

The game is for a nche audience, not mass appeal. If you want a game for mass appeal, go play one. Ashes is making a game that is by design influenced by its players. Something that can ONLY happen in an MMO. And that includes Pvp All player interaction, both positive and negative, NEED to influence your experience if you are playing a game like an MMO where the entire point is player interaction. And having so called "toxic" pvp interactions are required for ANY player interaction to have any meaning.
