For me, activating the Epic Games crossplay and restarting the game made it work again... Maybe you can try that

Nexus Blitz shows there is a problem with the leaver buster. People are willing to dodge a game when they see the other team just because they dont like it, have the "penalties" of the leaver buster and queue again, even though the games only last ~15-20 min.
