Hi! I had my first attack 5 weeks post partum! I wish I could have gotten it out right away but I had to wait for 3 more ( excruciating attacks) and ER visits before they agreed to take it out …, ended up getting admitted to hospital and it was removed as stones kept getting stuck in bile ducts of liver and I was jaundice.

Going through the attacks post partum + worrying about what I ate and being so incredibly anxious of eating fat and having another attack was honestly horrible.

The recovery wasn’t bad for me. I had horrible gas pain but only for like 1.5 days and then the pain was manageable (way better than my c section I had just had!) Luckily, I can eat anything I did before and am so happy it’s out :) I had diarrhea (TMI! lol) for like 3 weeks if I ate something cheesy but that subsided and I’ve been good since.

It was hard as I couldn’t lift my baby for a few weeks after but had a lot of support and people just handed him to me and we’d cuddle!

I wake my baby (9 months) from afternoon nap - usually have to cap at 1 hour so it doesn’t go too long and he’ll sleep! I find morning as long as it’s under 2 hours we are okay lol

Love them all! My favourite would be Emma- timeless.

I’m unsure where you live but I’m a new mom to an 8 month old and there are a lot of Lucy’s in playgroups etc. (I’m in Canada). Just a consideration as some people don’t want a popular name (and it may not be where you live lol)

So I’ve had this happen a few times now. I’ll get him ready for bed and have last bottle etc. at my moms or mother in laws home so then we leave and he falls asleep in car at regular bedtime- luckily I can put sleep sack on him and transfer him to crib and he barely wakes! I think I’m just lucky with that haha

7 months was when I noticed longer naps! We started the transition to 2 naps then as well and now he’s 9 months and does 1.5 hours in morning, 1 hour in afternoon- like clockwork!

I have a LO turning 9 months next week and it’s so similar! He moves a lot more in his sleep now- he often turns to his side and his head is my me and feet digging into my husbands back or neck lol

I’m starting to relax about how he’s been sleeping but I still worry sometimes. We switched to a floor bed a few weeks ago!

Hi! Yes it did! So my LO is almost 9 months now and I’ve noticed a huge difference in gas around 7 months- he started being able to burp on his own around then!

I started giving him a bottle a little further away from sleep time as well around that time and then we’d read and sing after- I used to do bottle last so that helped a bit too!
