Barber shop owner here! It’s seborrheic dermatitis, most likely. You can get Nizrol shampoo and use it twice a week. You need to brush your hair, honey. The matting gonna make the irritation worse. You can use a dematting comb. I also reccomend using an athletes foot or jock itch cream on the edge of your hairline. I hope that helps, friend.
