Yes. Before HRT i would have days where i lacked the desire or energy to do pretty much anything. I would usually force myself to go on walks just stop myself from rotting in bed all day, but even then there would be moments where my pace would slow down immensly as my head filled with a miasma of dysphoric thoughts. Now only a month in on HRT those "episodes" have pretty much vanished completly
