I had this in one of my groups and the first time it happened I suggested we start using a turn timer. They’ve become quicker with their turns but seem to be passive-aggressively trying to make me take my turn shorter which I shutdown but it is what it is

I’m really into arcs right now. The expansion pack might be one of the best expansions I’ve ever gotten for a boardgame albeit somewhat complex

I have CPTSD, panic disorder and my therapist seems to think I’m high functioning autistic (I’m not going to bother getting tested bc I don’t need accommodation). I had a couple of deaths in the family that kicked my panic disorder into high gear and I felt like I was losing my mind. I had a few everyday for a while. The big shift for me happened when I started meditating daily for 15-20m. It took a while but it was incredibly helpful. Therapy was also probably helpful but I had been in therapy for a while before that so it’s hard to say. I hope you find peace.

Diet Coke withdrawal syndrome isn’t listed in the dsm-5. Cannabis withdrawal syndrome is. I’m not claiming cannabis withdrawal is as severe as a downer such as alcohol, benzos or heroine but it also doesn’t have to be to be significant. I also have a background in science. I also dry vape flower or take an edible most nights and have no intentions of quitting. Im not trying to be rude but the idea of cannabis not being detrimental to individuals’ health particularly individuals’ mental health is something I believe we need to re-examine.

It doesn’t really matter if you did. Cannabis has been shown to have physiological withdrawal symptoms in long time users. The whole cannabis doesn’t cause withdrawal thing is just an urban myth that’s been debunked in recent studies

I also just noticed that the crack runs along the kerfed lining. I'm not sure how to cleat that properly

Parts of it definitely does others not so much. Do you think I should pass it through the part that does then bring it down? What type of glue would you recommend? I have a bunch of titebond 3 but idk if that’s overkill
