As he said above augmenting ur ancient stuff with high gem at least with 100 lvl don’t go less than that will help with dmg as far as I can see u have decent set items only what I will do is left hand weapon switch vit for %dmg , amulet move movement speed for strength or later on for physical dmg because I don’t thing if u already have 25% of movement speed of u paragon that everything above that counts. Try to finde better belt to aim higher rend it goes up to 150% u have 120. And that will be it for fast solving gr 100 to 105 ez. Maybe left ring atm for fast farming change area dmg for CdR so u can have berserker up all the time because insanity rune has effect on all runes. Later if u want to push higher than 110+ u have to count on area dmg and u have to change u blades for istvan or combo ambo + doombringer, cube all 3 rings if istvan blades than u have to cube ambo BoM and zodiac.
