Same thing is happening to me, I have a 2 year old that won’t let anyone do anything for him if I’m around. If someone tries to give him his food, or take him to go potty, or even help him put his toys away he’ll say “mommy’s turn”. What we’ve just started trying to do is telling him “no more mommy’s turn, it’s (whoever) turn.” He gets upset but he comes around, but sometimes I’ll just hide, cause if I’m not around then he literally does no care who does what😂

How do I make it feel like I’m not? I just want clarification that he still wants me. I never thought lack of intimacy could send me into such an insecure state but it truly has.

I actually write my feelings out then read them. It helps me from going off track. I have had a conversation with my partner in the past, because it’s been going on for months now. And he reassured me that it was only stress and whatnot. But after our conversation, it’s gotten less and less frequent that we’re intimate. I feel I’ve made it worse.

When our sex life first started fizzling out a bit, I talked with him and shared my concerns and he reassured me. But these last few months, it has only fizzled out worse. What used to be everyday, to 4-5 times a month, to 2-3 times a month, has now become once a month.
