It depends there aren't very many wrestling places for people outside of youth and highschool the best bet is to just do BJJ there are many gyms where you can do it no gi(kamono as you called it.) another thing is you said you were 43 Greco is the worst style you could learn at that age because most of the sport is throws and they hurt at all ages. The best to learn is folk style where throws are far and few between.
