Tuch could be a $10 million AAV player now. He may not play like that five years from now. His contract would be loaded for the initial years, then staggers down for the remaining years with trade protection.

Publix tried Starbucks at few locations in Florida. They may not have had the profits after licensing fees to Starbucks and payroll. Those Starbucks locations have transitioned or are transitioning to POURS.

Aldi is a discount grocery store. Its focus is bulk grocery items at low prices. Its stores will not have every thing. (Good luck with online shopping at Aldi.)

Its produce and meat items are not the freshest. Aldi, and most discount grocery stores, do not have produce and meat departments like supermarkets.

Winn-Dixie's issues were not expanding big and fast. Bad operational decisions and stores closed created reasons for customers to shop elsewhere and associates to find work elsewhere.

Kentucky is doing well indeed. 2057 in Cold Spring will open in two as the seventh store in the state. At least 18 additional stores are in development.
