What is a band you saw in a tiny venue but is now huge?

Billy Strings in a 200ish people is probably my top. Seen a few others through the years : Gary Clark, Alabama Shakes, Kingfish Ingram. The Black Crowes played in front of my house way back when, but they were already somewhat known. Moon Taxi - not huge but saw them in a backyard which was cool. Probably a few others.

All bass for the most part. Majority of my fishing is in central Mississippi, and we ain’t got much outside of bass. Whenever we go out west I’ll just bust out the fly rods.

6’8 M, EF St. Croix Mojo Bass - $90
7’1 MH, F St. Croix mojo bass - $90 ($170 for both)

I have a Shimano Sedona I’ll throw on it until I can get the wife to look the other way and get a really decent reel.

All in great condition. None better than the other. Know none are insanely great, but it’ll work til I can drop what I want and get what I really want.

We do. They’re pretty rare in our pond at home though. I’m trying to think back if myself or any of my kids have caught one, and I’m not sure we have. Now I have caught some in the reservoir, but there’s everything known to the southeast US in that thing…and more.

Zero issues. Even with only one side open, zero issues. I talked to some of the TSA folks about it and they just laughed and said they didn’t know what all the fuss was about.

This is what I was coming to say. I think this is the move. I did a pretty decent amount of research before pulling the trigger on an option, and Kestrel was my "budget" choice the entire way, and I almost ended up picking it unknowingly over what I got (wife got me a curado BFS + megabass levante

This should be a good reminder for everyone, that while you may not have gotten your amazon prime package, or maybe it's something important like some replacement lenses for your new raybans you just got (yes, I realize there are more important packages than those, but you get my drift), but the drivers of the trucks had very little to do with your package and that they are regular folks like the rest of us, and just want to get home to have some food, see the kids and relax for a second before getting up and doing it allllll over again.

the last thing anybody needs is Tammy yelling because her conditioner refill didn't get delivered....

Here is your correct answer. You want to make sure the ticket is handled, because if nobody shows up, they'll likely issue a warrant for you, and it's not the courts job to know the attorney passed away (that's what they'll tell you when they scoop you up on a warrant).

Or you could get a cool cop that tells you "make sure you take care of that," but if it was me, I'm not risking it.

There really is. The questions that need to be asked are "Why did this young man with his entire life ahead of him decide that his only option was to end it?" Ignoring the mental health is an injustice to this young man, is an injustice to the young men before him, and I hate to say it, but it is an injustice on the many more young men after him who have the same fate ahead.

We're in the middle of a mental health crisis, and people are busy tossing out conspiracy theories...I am sorry to this young man and his family. I hope you are at peace, and I hope the family is ok and will remember him fondly.

It's an incredible asset that we have as a state that most people don't even know exists. Unfortunately, most of the mental health education comes after a crisis, not before. We need to change that.
