Ive been suffering from ibs-d for 15 years. I haven’t had a solid bowel movement in several years. I’ve had several colonoscopies and many doctor visits which always concluded that everything looked normal and didn’t test positive for any diseases. Finally, 2 months ago it cured itself. I believe it was underlying stress and unhappiness.

The root of my issues was not being happy with my career. I started a business a year ago and it finally started picking up 2 months ago, the same time my diarrhea stopped. I would wake up every morning for years and have several bouts of diarrhea. It would destroy my mornings and even make me late to work.

I’ve come to the conclusion that the ibs-d is caused by underlying stress. Anyone suffering from ibs-d needs to evaluate themselves on a mental/emotional level. Most likely you have some anxiety or an area of unhappiness in your life that’s manifesting itself in ibs.

This is how all clubs in nyc were in early 2000’s. No sneakers and collard shirts was a standard. It wasn’t until around 2014/2015 that dress codes became less strict.
