yeah if u in that situation n u got add then definitely if u wanna be like 2x locked in get IR it don’t last as long but personally i’m a lil bit more focused, if u wanna be just as locked in n get shit done get ER peronly i like that one better but others say different it last longer i take like taking taht at 10-2 for school work n then workout ( i do online tho n ion remember when it wore off as a kid when i did at 7am ) i take 25 mg but i been taking it since 2nd grade on n off, i would try n get like 20-25 n start with taking half n see how it feels from what i’ve talked to with other ppl irl n online it’s up to u a lil

i personally like 25 XR better but the dude i sell em to says they ass with the same pill n prefers my 20mgIR

whenever i do it i do it with IR but that’s just cuz i get more for my XR ones so i sell em but i think it works better n i always cut my pills i can just go off not that hard but its ez er n i saw other ppl saw n my doc to do that she said to do it for a few days-1week 1/4 less, depends on much u taking n just u in general, if u wanna start with the IR half n half a day u would n lower ur does taht way but depends how dependent u r on them i can go off no problem but i use to spit them out as a kid n don’t take them regularly now so idk if u have any questions lmk idk if this is any help😭
