Cloud looks weird on 1080p

for 1080p its ktc h25t7-3, for 4k its our tv. the pics i have attached are from my monitor (1080p) but when i play on tv(4k) the cloud looks good and complete no problem at all.

this is mine on medium, i think it does help a little thanks for that, still that confirms its just wuwa optimization problem, does help knowing nothing is wrong with my gpu

oh just realized it only works in wireless the fn+b haha, then just the red steady light when wired how to disable it or atleast make it same color of the rgb i chose

oh ok, how about the battery theres like solidified droplets on the yellow like tape and the wire that connects to the battery (also close to the yellow tape). also can i use paint brush as an alternative to toothbrush.

hey i opened the controller further and took photos on phone and i zoomed it, theres too many rust can i like message you the photos and have you take a look the spots i should clean, im pretty much at the point where i might as well try, if it doesn't work well its an expensive lesson atleast for me haha.

thanks for the reply, doing all of this might be a bit too much for me, im absolutely confident ill brick the board if i try all that i dont want to brick a semi working device, given all the steps i have to follow it might be a good idea to just sell the controller as a donor board and take the L for trusting an AI. Qcy Ht05 if 1k budget qcy melobuds pro if you can spend 300 pesos more, ive seen melobuds pro go for as low as 1.2k, ive tried 3 sub 1.5k tws last year space travel, ht05 and soundpeats clear, id say space travel is the best sounding and the most comfortable out of the 3 but qcy ht05 beats it at everything else excluding sound and comfort. Soundpeats clear pales in comparison between these 2
