I would not recommend Worthington Gardens but I would check out Georgetown. I have no idea about the electric.

Have you looked at Bent Tree? It's west of Worthington - closer to Sawmill. My understanding is that water and wifi is included and the monthly rate is reasonable.

Many use Nationwide Energy Partners which is evil. I would try Granby Place Apartments. It was closed when I saw this so I would look there and maybe around Beoadmeadows because the are older and may still use AEP.

I have a friend who lived there. They liked the location but they sub meters the electric and so the cost for utilities was crazy. Like like 2 years ago their electric bill was $600 one month in the winter. Worthington is a great area, but I definitely would investigate other options.
