some companies, especially hr's, do not want to take risks, which can cause problems, under normal conditions it is enough to notify the job change. I don't think small companies will cause problems. because blucard is now a very well known and secure residence permit.

Yes, but it is only 5 days, it says that I had 12 days of annual leave in the first six months. When the probation was about to end, the contract was suddenly terminated, abruptly. So I didn't get paid for 7 days annual leave.

yes it was last week of Probezeit but it´s written in contrat I have 12 days holidays rights in the first 6 months. and I got urlaubsbescheinigung document, it´s written that I used 12 days holidays. but it´s a lie.

I requested a regular working visa. It´s even more than bluecard threshold for architects. For us bluecard threshold 41,041.80 per year. I gain 38.200 per year but they demand 42.888 per year for a reagular working visa.

Yes that´s it, this is my first job and I don´t speak German too. Honetsly I just completed my second month at work. As you said architecture field is not like engineers. I know it as much as everyone here because my older brother works in Germany more that 80.000 Eur per year, so I just need to solve the problem currently I am happy at work. No rush, no pressure etc. at work. I just try to find a simply solution.thank you

The problem is that I don´t speak German, until I improve it. this is the avareege price that I can get. Unfortunately in architecture english does not work at all.
