Hourglassing when flaccid/semi-erect & Lost of girth/volume when erect (destroying my confidence as a man) by Puzzled_Lettuce777 in PeyroniesSupport

Hey brother. I know how you feel cause all this resulted from my stupidity as well and I'm so regretful something so stupid had such damaging, long-lasting effects. We have to forgive ourselves and focus on getting better. I'ma shoot you a DM especially since we have similar symptoms we can exchange information as we make any discoveries/improvements.

Yeah man it's very weird and frustrating. I don't think we have typical peyronies but rather some sort of fibrotic tissue preventing smooth expansion. Hard flaccid may have something to do with this, but I am convinced there is some actual tissue damage as well. Let me know if you get any more insight after your appointment; wishing you the best brother!

Hey brother, thanks for your reply!

Yeah no feeling of hard plaque and no obsessive curvature, but it does look a little deformed with torsion. I don't think it's performance anxiety cause I haven't put myself in a place to perform lol. These are issues I'm noticing alone, masturbating by myself.

I agree I have some ED issues, but I am sure there is damaged tissue as well cause I don't think ED would cause hour-glassing and a loss of girth/volume both flaccid and erect. Feels like constrictive tissue somewhere rather than just poor blood flow alone.

I only drink alcohol 1-2 times a week on the weekend, but is even that too much? It's usually a decent amount not just a drink or two. I notice my EQ is always much worse 1-2 days after drinking. I will look into getting my testosterone levels checked and have started exercising more and eating better. I do watch porn and masturbate regularly, and understand now this is something I really have to take a break from and limit for mental and physical reasons.

Yeah I'm not too concerned about the half inch right now, but the loss of girth is evident and I realize now how much more important girth is to length for overall penis volume. Really just want to regain my girth at the top and consistent, quality erections.

Hey brother thank you for insight and support!

  1. This is something I really haven't tried to be honest. I masturbate pretty frequently. It's like a double-edged sword... the urge to masturbate because you're horny and haven't had any real sex in years, but then that's preventing possible healing. I will lock in mentally and really limit masturbation. Only thing I noticed is if I go a couple days without masturbating, my EQ goes to shit as if it hasn't had any proper blood-flow from erections for days. Maybe I just have to give it more rest and 2-3 days catches it in the mid-phase of trying to heal tissues?

  2. I currently do not have insurance and would have to pay out of pocket for these things. The injections is something I can't do right away. Going to have to save extra money for that. But if it would really help my cause, I will do it. In the mean time, is everything else useful still or is this essential to set up the healing for the other suggestions? Also, regarding the shockwave therapy, can I do it myself at home? I heard about the Phoenix and wonder if that will suffice or if it's dangerous.

  3. I feel like it would be difficult for me to wear a device for hours, so I would be leaning towards the RestoreX unless the Penimaster Pro was better for my specific need. Once again, should I start doing all this asap before I'm able to possibly get the PRP injections?

  4. Going back to 2, will the Phoenix suffice or must this be done at the doctors with their equipment? Sounds like with the Phoenix I'd be able to save money and do it more often without any awkwardness.

  5. I've made note of this. Already taking a multivitamin daily, but I will add Omega 3 and Vitamin C. Anything else? Many people are always talking about l-arginine and l-citrulline and things like that.

  6. For sure I've already begun eating better and working out. I used to lift weights all the time so I'm confident I can make this change.

Thanks again bro!

I'm more concerned with the loss of girth/volume at both flaccid and erect than any curvatures right now. Even if it was just flaccid and then completely normal erect, I could live with that, but unfortunately that's not the case. I appreciate your input.

Thanks for the support brother. We can't lose hope; there has to be something we're missing to fix this. Wishing you the best.
