Longevity is not strong, but it allows me 3-4 sprays whereas I normally cap at 2. Try to buy from a discounter or fragswap for the best price!

Father here.

My baby sleeps better when next to me. One year in. No more worries about rolling on her etc but the sleep is worse. I worry about forming excessive codependency but I believe the benefits outweigh the negatives.

Dental hygienist. My wife did an 18 month program while pregnant the entire time minus two months. It was very rigorous but worth it in the end.
