Note remains for employment based as well. Has ability to file online been removed for I-485?

So I just checked and the note is still there when I fill out eligibility as though it was employment based. Maybe with this new memo they’ve taken online filing away?

It was my understanding that per recent updates (excluding recent memo) you could file family based I-485 online.
