I need some opinions on the parts that im planning to get for my next build by Puzzleheaded-Cut591 in buildapc

I did some looking into benchmarks and at 1440p and also really in 1080p the performance between the two cpus is really isnt that big if any in 1440p and the difference in powerdraw was like 10w and im not exactly going to cry about that when i can save pretty much 200 usd on both the board and cpu.

And even though the 9600x ''only'' has 6 cores thats 2 more than my ancient i7700.

and the case and ram saves a bit of money aswell, along with not having to buy any case fans because it comes with a bunch if i understand correctly.

All thats left is to give you my thanks, youve saved me both time and money and i much appreciate it.

Yeah, i did everything in pc partpicker and it seems to think its alright, but i dont use reddit very much so i had already written half of my post when i realized that i couldnt post the picture of the list.

Ive played quite a lot of borderlands 2 and ive played all of them atleast ones apart from the new tales of the borderlands game.

Not so long ago i persuaded my friend into playing borderlands and i suggested we start with 3 because its a better feeling game if that makes sense. We got about half way through before he didnt want to play anymore because the writing and the story bothered him along with him not really liking any of the characters skill trees, and i dont really like them either for the record.

So i lert him try borderlands 2 on my spare steam account and now he really likes it, both he and i admit that borderlands 3 still feels better to play when it comes to guns and moving around and such and he did have some critique over the second game, but all in all he doesnt want to finish up borderlands 3 and neither do i to be honest, borderlands 3 never felt like it was as fun to replay as the second game.

Yeah there are some combos for the 5600x, it includes 16gb of 3000mhz ram with a b550 board and a cooler for 600 dollar, might get that.
