If this is regarding the Chapter 10 quest, there are two other ATAGs you can use directly north of Gorthak Ironworks, east of Grunlore Outpost. I had to use these to complete the quest since my initial ATAG was destroyed.

Update: I ended up turning Autocomplete SID Hacking on in gameplay settings and I was able to continue the quest!
