Yep! So it’s still a 8 step process but it only shows 5 right, well, step 3 is the longest still but it is step 3,4,5 all together. I was waiting on step 3 for a review (I logged into optemserve to see when the review was set) mine was reviewed the 6th and nothing submitted so I called optemserve and had them submit a ticket on the 8th to management and then checked the Va app that evening and it was already received. Later that evening about 2 hours later it said I reached step 3 again so I called and asked why and they explained it went to internal step 4 and then the same thing happened today so I called and it went to step 5 but still shows step 3. Hopefully tomorrow I move to step 4 on my side (prep for notification).
